This would’ve been a simple write-up, but he had a prior court order to pay $300 for entering a nightclub as a minor, and he didn’t show up. Instead of only bringing $300 from his personal safe to bail him out, his roommate brought the entire stack of money, worth more than $2k.
11. This amount of money arose suspicious with the cops, who later found an additional ounce of weed inside the safe. Oprah was sentenced to more than 2 years of probation but escaped a jail sentence. He was kicked out of school as soon as he came back to his room and was later denied an appeal to be reinstated.
